Air capacity of 490 CFM @ 100 PSI. Featuring a large 227 MM direct drive air end with a low RPM high volume output. Air end has been rebuilt to include all bearings controls and seals.
Featured Enclosure
Unit is provided with a heavy duty enclosure ensuring safety for your employees and reduced noise levels. Door panels are easily removed for maintenance.
Air Cooled
Unit is air cooled by an OIL/AIR aftercooler with horizontal discharge. A mounted water separator with automatic timed drain is included.
Run Modes
Selector switch provides 3 run modes to meet your needs, Low Demand, Auto and Continuous.
Motor
Motor is a 100 HP 460V 3 Phase 60 HZ ODP with a low RPM of 1780. This uses a common T frame with a 1.15 service factor and class F Insulation. Motor has been rebuilt with new bearings. The windings have been cleaned inspected and treated for maximum life.
Controls
Microprocessor provides safe operation with safety shut downs for high oil temperature, air temperature, and oil pressure. It also provides protections for the drive and fan motor. A NEMA 12 enclosure provides protection for the starter and microprocessor. Gauge cluster displays pressure and temperature readings.
Warranty
Air end had a 1 year warranty. Package has a 6 month warranty. Details of warranty available on request.
